Project Description:

Starting in 2013, our brief was to address the housing problem experienced in Olifantshoek and Dibeng totaling to an amount of 147 houses. The houses was to be 43m² RDP houses conforming to SANS 204 & 10400 XA. The initial stages included an urban design for both Olifantshoek and Dibeng based on the Netherlands implemented Woonerf concept but had to be omitted for budget purposes.
