Project Description:

The Client acquired the existing office block on a prominent corner in the Bloemfontein CBD. They saw need to increase the GLA for a more lucrative investment. The design approach was to strip the building of cosmetic canopies added with previous alterations & additions and start afresh from the core of the original design. We enclosed the open balconies to address the clients requirements.
