Project Description:

The CUT saw a need for a new product development lab, (microbrewery). We saw it fit to place the small structure within an existing courtyard linking with both the science department in the Dirk Coetzee Building and the Hotel School Events Hall. This converted the courtyard into a shaded beer garden, perfect for pairing beer and cuisine.
